Delivery

UK delivery costs £1.95, and is free on orders of £40 or more, including every Rest & Rep kit. Orders are dispatched from our partner's warehouse in Sheffield within 1–2 working days (allow 3–4 in November and December). Parcels go by Royal Mail Tracked 48, usually 2–5 working days after dispatch; heavier parcels go by next-day courier. We deliver to UK addresses only.

Changing your mind

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us by email at hello@restandrep.co.uk, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us. We refund the price of the item and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of getting it back, or of you showing us proof you sent it. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.

For hygiene reasons, bath and body products that you have opened or unsealed cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Faulty or damaged items

If something arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 30 days with a photo and your order number and we will replace it or refund you, including postage. This does not affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
