Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy from restandrep.co.uk. Please read them before ordering.

1. Who we are

Rest & Rep is a trading name of Phoenix Digital Innovations Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17458875). Email: hello@restandrep.co.uk.

2. Your order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract exists when we email to confirm that your order has been dispatched. If we cannot supply an item, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include everything except delivery, which is shown before you pay. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. Payment is taken when you place your order.

4. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Costs and times are on our delivery page. Products are sent by our fulfilment partner in Sheffield.

5. Your right to cancel

You have 14 days from receiving your goods to cancel without giving a reason, as set out on our returns page. Opened or unsealed bath and body products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

6. Faulty goods

Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If they are not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Using our products

Please read the label and the safety information on each product page. Our products are not medicines and we make no medical claims.

8. Complaints and law

If something goes wrong, email us and we will try to put it right. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales; you can also bring claims in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
